Ordered twice with Kinloch Anderson.
First time everything went all right, next day despatch and quick delivery.
The second time however... Well, I still did not receive my item...(even if the event for which I ordered the item is already in the past and I had to do without it).
Sent an email to the customer support asking for the information and stating the reference number of my order, 2 days later received a reply which was actually for someone else, based in Germany and who ordered another item! Lack of organisation and focus, that's it. I work in sales business as well so understand quite well the challenges of tight timeframes, but this neglecting approach is just upsetting. Customer orientation is everything!
