Paid for ASOS Premier last year, which means I get free next day delivery (have to order before a certain time, of course!).
I have only ever had one issue with them several years ago and they refunded the next day delivery that I had paid for.
Items always come on time.
Sizing can be off but this is the same with any website! Luckily they always do free delivery (regardless of having ASOS Premier) and free returns and my returns are always processed really quickly.
I can't recommend enough :)



This is now my THIRD awful experience with YODEL. I ordered next day delivery from Missguided on the 5th, and after tracking it can see it was only collected from the service centre on the 11th! I STILL have not received it after PAYING for NEXT DAY DELIVERY. I was relying on that item as it is a Christmas present. After complaining to Missguided they informed me that you had in fact LOST my parcel.
Like I said, this is the third time this has happened with YODEL. They are a disgraceful company and I have hear absolutely disgusting stories about the delivery drivers forging customer's signatures so that the item never has to be delivered. I am sure that is illegal. I will never use any company that uses YODEL again and will be complaining through every avenue possible as well as informing everyone I know of this absolutely appalling lack of service.
