Ordered a very expensive jacket from this company for a party. They delivered a much cheaper product which was a different brand & colour to what i ordered. When i complained, i was told to send back the cheaper item for either a refund or replacement. Decided to have a refund as i didn't trust the company who tries to pass the blame onto everybody apart from themselves. When i sent back the goods, i got a call from the company to say a friend of a family member of mine ordered the cheaper jacket & i was swapping them around. They even gave me the name of the person who i have never even heard of before! Shouldn't the name of customers be confidential under the date protection act? I can't begin to believe what they may have used my details for if they're giving customers details to random people! They told me i was a liar & have said i won't be getting my money back. I'm now over £200 short which is not a small amount! Hopefully my bank will be able to get my money back for me! I have also contacted trading standards who seemed very interested in this.
