I ordered a Casio CDP100 Digital piano package from RockingRooster and I was very happy with their service.
First of all I wanted delivery delayed by a day so that I would be in and they were very helpful and it arrived just when I wanted it.
The package was very reasonably priced. It was the cheapest I could find and included additional extras like a stool and stand which I would have otherwise purchased separately.
I can't really say much more than that, I'm a happy customer.
I bought some MAC make-up as a present for Christmas. It was received very quickly and I was told that the product was of a very high quality. For this I can't fault the product or service at all.
I would however say that the site is maybe a little over complicated, but most of all they required personal details I didn't really want to give being a one-time customer. I appreciate they may want my DOB for marketing purposes, but having been the victim of identity fraud I'm very careful with what I give away. I was therefore a little annoyed that I couldn't progress through checkout without giving them this information.
This is the first time I’ve ever used 99designs and the concept was certainly interesting. You pay upfront and set out a design brief, in my case I was after a new logo for griptape.co.uk. Designers then come forward with potential designs from which you choose a winner. I got over 90 responses and although at times there were language issues, the experience was both interesting and positive. There were some totally rubbish entries, but I quickly eliminated them. Another issue that I encountered was that some designers used copyrighted fonts.
Overall it was a good experience and I chose a logo.
I found Crucial Street Wear because they were selling a Luke Roper Tee that I was after and they came up as the cheapest on Google. After being quickly navigated to the site I ordered with no hassle. Just two days later it was received via Special delivery and was in the shop's own duffle bag - a nice bonus! Will be buying again soon.
I have used Parcel2Go.com on several occasions with no issues. However, one of my customers cancelled their order so I attempted to cancel collection of the package. I followed their online procedure and was lead to a page saying that I would have to talk to an operator to complete the process. Unfortunately the link didn’t work. There is no phone number on the site, the phone number on the invoice doesn’t work and the live help they promote is difficult to find. In the end I cancelled after half an hour searching via the live chat and the guy came to collect the package anyway. In my opinion they need a customer service phone number that is in view and actually works.

I generally buy train tickets via the East Coast website and more often than not I receive a great service. With saving of over £100 when buying 8 weeks in advance I highly recommend this method of buying tickets if travel plans are known. Since my personal and journey details are saved on the site, selecting and buying tickets is a simple and efficient process. I would however like to point out that on occasion when I have selected a forward facing seat I have in fact received a backwards seat. Despite this I don’t think there is a better way of buying tickets when travel plans are known in advance.
For the past few months I’ve been considering signing up to a review site to promote our recently launched online shop (griptape.co.uk). By coincidence I was contacted by Dan from TrustPilot at the time I was investigating the available options. He explained what TrustPilot was about and how it would benefit the business. I was then given a one month free trial.
After signing up I can say that I’ve been extremely happy with the service received. I receive frequent follow-up calls to ensure things are going well and I’ve seen proof that reviews assist customers in their purchasing decisions. Although the business is still small, it is growing and our dedication to a high standard of service is reflected in the customer reviews we received. TrustPilot allows us to then promote our reviews using their widget that is placed on our site. Furthermore, using our TrustPilot business account, we can easily manage our reviews and profile page.
I would highly recommend TrustPilot to any business looking to expand and develop their online reputation because it has been of huge benefit to us and I expect it will continue to benefit the business in the foreseeable future.

I recently purchased a 1 year subscription to Huck Magazine. The purchasing process was straight forward and I subscribed quickly with no hassle. Having just received my first issue I am very happy with the content of the magazine, the value for money and the overall experience on their site which lead to me subscribing. I look forward to receiving the next issue.
I ordered two pairs of shoes for my mother last week. Overall, the transaction process was easy and my mother was happy with her purchase. The website was easy to use and the shoes, which were in stock, were reasonably priced. The shoes were received within the stated delivery times. One shoe had a slight manufacturing fault as the stitching had not been completed, but this was a minor issue and we are very satisfied in terms of the service received from PetitFeet.co.uk.
I ordered 25 custom boxes through the ASC Direct site. The process was very easy and they quoted the lowest price of all the companies I had contacted. I placed an order and was given the estimated delivery time of 6 days. They were actually delivered 3 days later so I was very happy. The boxes were exactly as needed and I would be happy to use them again.
Having found Pixmania to be the cheapest retailer of an Intuos 4 Small graphics tablet I purchased one through their site. Unfortunately I encountered an error whilst checking out and was told to call them, however their customer service contact times are very limiting and they were not open to receive calls. With being away for the following days I decided to leave it and sort the problem on my return.
When I returned I found that not one, but two had been delivered and I had been charged for them both which put me into an unarranged overdraft – thank you!
Despite the cock-up when checking out I was very pleased with the delivery time and the product purchased. Although this caused me some inconvenience, I believe it was a rare technical fault and would hope that given the volume of sales they receive I was just unlucky.
