Ordered sennheiser headphones 19 days ago. Had email 18 days ago saying headphones dispatched. No headphones have arrived. Have sent 3 emails to nicecans asking for a postage update. No response. Called the phone number on the website numerous times and no one answers. Have given up and am have contacted credit card company to lodge disputed transaction claim. Learnt the hard way to take reviews on trust pilot more seriously ( had read the poor reviews before ordering but went ahead with order anyway)

best thing about these guys is they actually answer your questions within 24 hours (to do with product advice). Then there is the price.... Great value for money. And using a courier co that actually gives you one hour time slots takes the hassle out that you find with couriers such as citylink and royal mail. Been using this company for 3 years and I've never been disappointed!
