Royalmail
Service charged for but not given
In November I posted 3 small parcels (eBay related) from the same Post Office, all First Class Recorded Signed For, this is 77p extra per item which I paid myself for my own peace of mind.
Only 1 of these parcels was shown to arrive. Although the other 2 parcels were delivered, it was only by chasing-up the buyers that I got to know this.
I contacted Royal Mail, but they just say they'll 'look into it' - no refund of the 2 x 77p though.
Tyre Shopper
Disappointed - not Brand as advertised
First off - all the telephone staff were hugely polite.
I was offered an alternative to the tyre ordered but needed thinking time. I found the alternative offered was cheaper elsewhere online than here.(So not a 'better offer', as suggested.)
I cancelled, but money taken in an instant will take 7 - 10 days to refund.
Just because it's 'what I do', I tried eBay - recommend anybody else to do the same !!
Back in Action
Brilliant and friendly service.
Saw someone on eBay had originally purchased their item from Back in Action. Looked on the BinA site and saw what I needed at a surprisingly good price. Ordered it, and it came next working day in a 1-hour time slot delivery.
