hot radiators-cold service.

Took much longer to arrive than expected due to import paperwork not seemingly expected or organised by Hudson.
Also I emailed to ask about trade discount (I'm and Architect and they are for my own home) -you'd think that Hudson would be happy to encourage that but no.
The email was short and negative saying there was no discount available. I went onto and got a code for 5% off straight away ??! go figure.
I don't know of any construction company that doesn't offer trade discount to professionals - such a mean and ridiculous waste of time,
When unwrapped, one of the packages didn't have the nylon strapping to secure and the box was only sealed with sellotape which always makes me suspicious. Sure enough, that radiator was damage on both sides. It's too much trouble to return, so I'll repair it myself and use that one in a less obvious place.

All in all a disappointing experience.
