In brief - package arrived on time but damaged. Photos sent to prove damage but absolutely no response for three days - not even "we are looking into the issue". Obviously I want assured delivery before Christmas and it is getting too late. Cannot believe that nobody will answer my emails and (as others have said) there's no telephone number to speak to anyone. I will have to cancel my purchase and buy from another company in order to get the gift before Christmas. If IWOOT do not get back to me soon, I will instruct my bank to retrieve the payment and start taking legal action. I certainly will not be using the website again. There are lots of people on here sharing positive reviews, which is great, for them. But for some company to be considered reliable they have to get it right all of the time. I'm not the type to complain about small issues - this has really inconvenienced me during the run up to Christmas and I would like others to be wary of the difficulties they may also face.
