Booked an international parcel for New Zealand. courier sent knew nothing about international parcels and the paperwork it requires, was refusing to take paperwork, taped it to parcel he then took it. Parcel collected Dec 2nd, tracker reads sat in customs with no paperwork. Have no idea where my parcel is or even its still uk. took 5 days to track telephone number, emailed ceo, md, all correspondence ignored. Phone line now saying its not in my name, my parcel is where ?? outer space ?? i would never use this company again and would not recommend anyone else they couldnt care less about there customers they just want to take your money
