Great online booze store
Been using Whiskey Exchange fr a couple of years now, and never had any problems whatsoever. Easy ordering, quick dispatching, very well packaged and parcel force delivery. Always go there first, and usually get what i need. Great shop!

Brilliant customer service
Pre ordered an Audiolab item, and was delighted to get a call immediately the shipment arrived in UK. Everything dealt with over phone there and then, on a public holiday, by their excellent customer service team, and item dispatched next working day. Arrived within 2 days in perfect condition. Extremely pleased with everything and wouldn't hestiate to use Audioaffair again for hifi stuff.

Placed an order for a Tissot gents watch, which was £20 cheaper than anywhere else on the web, on friday morning. Arrived sat morning at no extra delivery cost. I asked for the bracelet to be adjusted, which was also done at no extra cost and was spot on. Box, paperwork, and watch all brand new and perfect condition. Extremely pleased with watch and the 1st class service.
