Where do I start??? Ordered a bed for my daughter and a mattress. Delivery was told Next Day which was a Thursday. Bed turned up nice and early..... Mattress ..... Well I'm still waiting after 4 days of promises..
Rang Thursday morning to try and get an idea of time. Was told to ring NightFreight who told me between 11-1pm. Had to get my mum to come over as I had work. On returning from work no mattress. Rang Night Freight only to be told 'its not with the driver so will not be getting a delivery today.' Rang Worldstores and after holding for nearly 25 minutes was eventually told my mattress would definitely be with me Friday. I should ring Night Freight at 11am to confirm. Rang them eventually (after being given the wrong number by Worldstores) to be told AGAIN 'not out for delivery today'. Furious I rang World Stores to be given apologies and promised 'I have upgraded you and your mattress will be delivered tomorrow'. Tomorrow being the Saturday well yet again NO MATTRESS!!!! My daughter has had no bed since Thursday morning.... I still have no mattress and am yet to get any apology. Complete incompetent by the company..

Ordered a shower, Easy!! Delivery, fine!! Fitting of shower. Complete disaster. Sub contractor totally made a mash of things. Shower was fitted very poorly. Leaking dreadfully as wasn't fitted correctly. Fitter would not take the blame, "fitted it as per instructions" so please contact Wickes as it must be a manufacturers fault. Contacted Wickes, who did not want to know. Unless we pay the subcontractor further money he will not come back and complete the job that he was originally paid to do. DO NOT USE ANY WICKES RECOMMENDED PLUMBERS/FITTERS. COWBOYS!! GET YOUR OWN.
