I ordered some lenses from them on 22 May and when I heard nothing from them by 27 May, I emailed for an update on the order. They came back with a weak excuse of "our supplier made a mistake and some of the shipments were mistakenly routed and hence there is a delay in your shipment. Your order should ship out in the next couple of days".
My lenses were still not received by 2nd June and no update forthcoming from Contactforlenses.com as to where my order was. I emailed asking for an update or a refund and finally got a response 48 hours later. They have promised me a refund within 2 days.
They were quick enough to take the payment, so let's see if they manage a refund as swiftly.
Not recommended due to severe lack of communication and a non-functioning website order tracking system.
