Delivery agent was too impatient when delivering goods - possibly had too tight a schedule
The website on a Sunday would not accept my totally valid CC and wasted a lot of time. If like me you don't have much time left you do not welcome wasting it!
The telephone conversation / order was polite, efficient and effective.
The emails I sent on the Sunday had not been recognised when I telephoned and as yet have not been acknowledged.
Will try them again.
Offered what seemed to be accurate information as to delivery of two items at the time of ordering.
One item arrived on time but the only notification of the second item delay was a note in the parcel containing the one item.
I was told both were in stock at the ordering point and given a clear delivery time for both. This information was confirmed by two texts.
The texts updates did not mention the deficiency and only evasive explanations of the deficiency were forthcoming when I rang customer service. No one bothered to keep me updated - just the note in the parcel of one with no details of when the second item would be delivered. The service suggests a degree of complacency. All that was needed was a text prior to delivery giving a true explanation of the situation.
As yet I still have no idea when the item will be delivered.
I hope this feedback is helpful.
After a short initial delay due to carrier problems Just Vitamins arranged for an immediate replacement to be dispatched.
This has been received on time and total satisfaction has been achieved.
