Slow replacement service

Hello to all at Honour

My purchase arrived on 06/12/13 at approx 12-30, on inspection it was found to be damaged. I contacted Honour at 17-50 on the same day and was told the process to send the return which I did on 07/12/13.

The item was received by Honour on 09/12/13 at 12-35 signed for by (HACA). I did not receive an email until 12/12/13 at 17-00 to say that you had received the return and it states that a replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible.

I feel that three days after receiving the return a replacement should already have been dispatched.

This is the first time I have had to return anything to Honour and I feel that the process of replacement could be expedited

The rating I have given is based purely on this ONE purchase all others i would rate at 5 stars.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your feedback - we are very sorry about the delay.

We usually process all returns and exchanges very quickly, however few issues conspired last week to cause a delay to your return (and a few others), this is not normal and we would not expect it to happen again.
