Diabolical
Item did not arrive, these things happen. But the customer service is diabolical. Do an Internet search on this company before you buy. It's not good. Wish I had checked reviews before using these. No response to emails, have to open PayPal dispute to get money back.

Waste of time and effort
What happened to Maplins? Used to be a good store, now its over priced and bad customer service. They should also be aware of distance selling regs. Which they openly exploit.

Seems that ebay condone the selling of fake goods and thefeedbacksystem is so flawed its a joke, sellers demand feedback is left first.

Always a good service but let down by high prices, toolstation far cheaper.

Toolstation are better on price and service than b&q trade.
Just wish they would increase the range.

Waste of space
Customer service diabolical. Save your time, no point complaining they are not interested.
Prices Diabolical, one type of tile has changed price four times in one month.
Quality diabolical. Quality has declined especially kitchen cupboards.
If b&q had to pay compensation for goods returned, quality would improve over night.
BHL
WOULD NOT USE AGAIN
Next time I would buy from the company that sent it at a far cheaper price. BHL are drop shippers which is why delivery takes so long.
The item ordered actually came from a place 2 miles from my home. The good thing is they will get all my future business.
