I was offered a free replacement HD box, so I went to MySky and ordered. Nothing was received. I complained and was told that they only offered me this because (due to their incompetence) they thought I had an old box, and that therefore they will not honour their offer. This is entirely consistent with all of my dealings with Sky - 100% failure.
I had never heard of Hispek before. They came out much the cheapest for my Companion 20 BOSE speakers on google and so after checking out their profile I bought them. I had a call within the hour from them, to check the spec. This was on a Saturday. I called them back spoke to a pleasant lady, sorted the query and the order proceeded. I had the speakers on Tuesday.
