Good luck trying to cancel an account

I jumped through their hoops to shut my account down. I guess I didn't shut it down correctly or something?...2 months later and they're still charging my credit card! Had to dispute the charges with my CC company. Just beware that they make it extremely difficult to quit the service and "hide" the cancelation process in your account...at least that's my experience.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Wix sends notification e-mails to the users two weeks before expiration of the yearly package in order for them to decide if they want to continue the use of the premium or to cancel it.

If they cancel on time they are not charged.

I understand that somehow you missed this e-mail.
