Overall the quality of the wristbands we ordered is very good. The order that we placed also arrived when expected which again was very satisfactory.
However, the order was not fulfilled to the requirements laid out in our original order! We have challenged this in a number of emails over the last couple of weeks and despite these attempts to get this issue addressed we are still awaiting a satisfactory response to our query.
We have been offered a £50 credit off a subsequent order, which at this stage is most unlikely as ourfirst order is yet to be fulfilled as requested, and we have received no response in terms of how the original issue is to be resolved. Overall rating of the service we have received is therefore low as a direct result of the way this issue has been left open.

After a phone call we agreed that both parties had made an error and we have agreed to deliver a further 500 units by way of compensation on our part. The client is happy with this resolution and will hopefully post to agree^
