Access is difficult to my address, the delivery driver must actually use his legs for the 200m driveway as otherwise he will be stuck. Goods ordered are always hand portable, yet even a 1kg packet is too much for them. Because he is too bone idle to deliver to the consignee, this driver throws the consignment in front of a nearby property, squiggles his own mark as proof of delivery, and runs away before anyone can object. When tracked he insists that he has attempted delivery at some address, and that a fictitious resident has signed. The latest packet has been found opened and empty some distance away in the hedge, but Yodel insist that they have delivered it, not to the person it was addressed to, as they are contracted to do, and have been paid to do, but delivered and signed for.
What do these idiots take us for? the answer is, "as much as they can!"
Ordered goods, was told they were to be delivered next day, they were not - wasted a day waiting. They are still not here a week later and plumbworld do not communicate at all, no contact number for complaints or customer service. Ordered more from Toolbox.co.uk and. . .Oh God! it's the same company. The only tracking says it has not been sent, - there's a surprise! I am on the point of contacting Barclaycard to formally complain about a fraudulent company, if they ever get in contact I'll certainly post here but feel that it's not good to have such Companies around. They seem all very good and cheap, but really???????
