Ordered two tyres on black circles and arranged delivery and fitting. Got a call the next morning saying tyres were not in stock. Reordered different tyres and got a call the next morning saying that these were not in stock either. Ordered a third set of tyres which were in stock and were provided for the same cost as second set ordered (I asked for and was given a small discount) but without Clubcard points.
Tyres did not get to garage at time arranged although I was called to let me know. I had to call garage to find out if tyres had arrived even though I was told I would be called. I did call blackcircles first on the direct number I was given and got an answer phone message. I received a reply to themessage I left as I was driving to the garage after calling them myself.
This all sounds bad but everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful so I would use again.
Tyre fitting was done incorrectly on one of the two tyres which then went flat on the motorway(position of balancing weight preventing a proper seal as far as I could tell). Garage(GSF Battersea) refitted the tyre correctly but I will now have a constant worry that the tyre side wall has been damaged by driving on it flat so I will have to watch it carefully over the next year or so which reduces my confidence. I would have preferred a replacement tyre but was told the garage would inspect for damage which I am not very happy with. Garage itself was very professional, clean and helpful and seemed good so I assume this is just one of those things which can happen although never seen it before.
