Ordered an i5 Pro Music system, plus Focusrite Sapphire 6 USB interface, and a couple of other bits. Having a few teething problems with the Focusrite driver, but these things can happen. The important thing is the reaction from the manufacturer/retailer. The problem is not yet cured (although a part in dispatch should hopefully solve it), but you get the feeling of proper support and genuine customer care when you contact Inta Audio. This feeling of care came across right the way through the buying process, and more importantly, after purchase. When you're making a purchase like this, I guess it's not unusual for the retailer to give you lots of attention, advice and interest. But you always worry that once you've paid the tab, their interest will wane. Well, based on my experience so far, you can buy with confidence from this company if after sales service is important to you. Thanks, Dave, for excellent support.
Other than the problem with the interface, the machine itself is very fast, extremely quiet, and a good looker, too. Packaging and delivery was efficient, prompt and reliable. They seem to take good care of the build, sending all the ribbons and screws and stuff they took out when they build to your specs, so you don't have annoying problems if you choose to upgrade stuff later. Hopefully, once the interface is sorted, I'll have years of pleasure from a great machine.
