terrible service!!

Got an email at 2.45 on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered to say they were unable to deliver the flowers and I'd receive a full refund within 3-5 days? I do not recommend them at all! Woeful service to say the least

Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry to learn of your disappointment.

Looking at the history of your order, our Customer Service team had made every effort and exhausted every possibility to ensure a delivery was received however we regret that on this occasion it hadn't been possible and we are able to see that we informed you as soon as this issue was apparent.

At the time of your order, a full refund was processed and this can take 3-5 working days to be returned. As with any card transaction, this is the standard time frame provided by all banks to perform their checks before the money is returned.
