Delivered next day, no problems!

Ordered flowers for next day delivery, and they have turned up with no problem.

Will use again.


Had to contact them twice to get my Steam Key sent through

After a couple of hours waiting for a steam key that was meant to be instant I contacted customer services to find out what was happening and was told to wait another hour.

After the 3rd hour I contacted them again and was asked for a Hotmail email account to resend the key too.

After that I finally received my Key.

I would recommend setting up your account here with a Hotmail account in the first place to save this happening to you.

nice pizza, shame about the website!

I do like pizza from the hut so can knock the food for what it is........but the website seems to always have problems with the page timing out at checkout, resulting in having to try and re order 2 or 3 times before it goes though.


Real seeds!

Been using them for 3 years now, and never had a problem!

Really love being able to collect, and use the seeds year after year without the phenotype lottery of using F2 seeds.


An amazing range!

Iv never had a problem finding a part at RS and found setting up an account very easy with them!

Only downside is the price-brakes can sometime be a little less competitive, and the site is very much targeted towards mid to large size companies.

Shipping has always been super fast, well packed and the ability to add lots of delivery addresses is extremely handy!


Some issues with every order!

used Asda for my online weekly shop for a good 6months, but every time there was something wrong.

Mainly with the alternatives system, the seldom put alternative in the shop if it was more expensive then the one order, fruit and veg were crushed every week and more then once I received feminine hygiene products instead of cleaning supplies!?!?!?!?

I have now switched to a competitor, and yet to have any of the trouble I did with ASDA.

To be fair there customer-service were always very helpful and would refund where needed, just a shame I had to talked to them so much!



I order a lot of goods online and the one thing that fills me with more dread then anything else is notification the HDNL are delivering my good!!!!

Seems they dont bother with "sorry we missed you" card 9 times out of 10, the drivers are rude and the customer service just want to get you off the phone with there moto "it will be out for delivery tomorrow"!

The record so far is 3 weeks to get a drill delivered on a next day service!


Hard to find transistors!

This company has many hard to find transistors, IC, and valves for your audio needs.

Service was so good Iv place 3 orders in the last 2 weeks, and they saved me weeks of tracking down vintage parts.

Very helpful staff, could not recommend them any more highly


Very fast shipping!

Ordered a EPIPHONE THE DOT EB CH as a gift for a friends birthday, dissipate being in Germany the price was the lowest I could find even with Paypal exchange rate!

Only got here in 4 days, and was extremely well packaged.

I plan to use them again, and would recommend to a friend!

Have used Musikding 5 times now, and each order has got from germany to England in under a week, well packed and with email updates!

They also have some hard to find value capacitors.

Never a problem!

I use Rapid at least once a month and have yet to have a problem with any aspect of their service.

Postage is fast and free (on orders over £30), and very well packed!


My online home!

Ebay is a wonderful website that I use every day, thinks to the site I have been able to start my own business with very few overheads, and find their pricing very reasonable as a seller.

All the disputes Iv head with them as a buyer and seller have been handled very well, and they can not be held responsible for the conduct of all there users, though it would be nice if sellers could go back to leaving negative feedback where necessary.

Only downside is there constant efforts to change "MY EBAY" the latest changes included putting the "Selling" section on another page, removing it for the general overview context its only one extra click to check your selling items!


Never a problem!

Switch over to Tesco for my weekly shop a couple of months back, and have not had a single problem with delivery, alternatives or damaged goods.

The drivers have always been really helpful, even helping to carry the good up to my third floor flat.

The layout of the website took a little bit of getting used to, and it would be nice to be able to narrow down the searches to "own-brand" or list by cheapest....but perhaps they are included features I'm just missing how to use?

Mixed experience

Have never had a problem getting media or games for Play, but a couple of times orders from their gifts and gadgets have taken longer then the CDs/DVDs to arrive, and once was not in stock despite taking the order online.

Would be happy to used them again as the competitive prices out weigh deliver times!


Never let me down!

Iv used amazon lost over the last couple of year from physical goods to downloadable content and have yet to be let down in any way.

Prices are competitive, delivers are secure and refillable and customer service were helpful and informed!

Also like thire free application for kindleoooks making the reader free across all the main platforms!

Easy to use, and a forgetful persons best friend.

Really easy to use the site to pick from a huge range of cards and more.

Love being able to add/edit text and photos to personalize the card.

Apple MA850G/A headphones

Ordered a set of Apple MA850G/A, received in 2 days with free postage.

Unfortunately there was a fault, but Nicecans were quick to act and even paying for the return of the items, and issued out a replacement as soon as the headphones where back in stock.

Quick response to all email in a very patient and pleasant customer service.

With their prices and service I would certainly recommend!
