disappointed

The flowers stated to die after one day and they won`t even the same as I orderd

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to learn of your disappointment. The description you have provided of the flowers delivered does not match our expectations and we are keen to investigate further.

We expect our flower deliveries to arrive fresh and in great condition. The flowers should last a minimum of 7 days. However, we realise that when dealing with delicate, perishable items that some flowers may perish quicker than expected.

From your description, we are concerned the flowers have not arrived in the condition we expect, so a member of our dedicated Customer Service team will be in contact with yourself shortly. Please check your emails at your earliest convenience.
