send them a week old phone with the charger handsfree kit and headphones, they then told me that the phone was not up to there quality control (it was a week old and used twice) they offered me a much lower amount for my phone which i refused and asked them to return it. They then returned a different phone (same model but in terrible condition) and no charger, hands free or earphones. I have emailed then 6 times asking them to address this and I have phones them 4 times, and still I have got nowhere fast, so now I have no money a crap phone no charger, earphones or handsfree, I might as well have just thrown the phone and all its equipment out of the window. Its terrible to think a company can trade like this and leave 'customers' in the lurch.
