Yeah...same as the the other guys from the looks of it. Ordered my projector...they said I'd have it the next day. Didn't arrive so I cancelled the order. They're now telling me my refund was processed but of course - no money has hit my account. They don't answer the phone when you call either and are still advertising the projector as being in stock.
I've written to watchdog and everything. I have no intention of letting them get away with my coin. Luckily, we're protected by UK Law under the distance selling regulations. They have 28 days to return your money - after that they're in breach and stuff can be done (Oh the joys of a quick call to trading standards).
The entire thing really does burn me though...I actually work in the web industry too!! Talk about embarrassing. I should have known!
If you read this...i urge you to not use them - you may be better off going to a cash machine, taking out the money you were going to spend and setting fire to it.
