I used this company's website and entered the make and model of my oven into the fields looking for a replacement oven door handle. The website selected the handle needed and when the handle arrived it was the wrong handle.
The phone line is useless to speak with someone and email response is very slow, eventually i returned item with a pre-paid label [in unopened condition].
More hassle chasing company and still no refund showing on credit card, and now they are charging a £10 re-stocking fee - even though the mistake was with them!
I now think mastercard will have to get involved. if they have the right part i imagine you are okay but if not they will send anything then claim a restocking fee instead. I recommend avoiding them all together for an easy life.
I have given them enough time and emails to rectify their fault and they have chosen to ignore them so i will leave this review.
