I am flying from Bangkok to Brisbane (via Sydney) with Qantas. I had to make changes to a part of my return journey (i.e Brisbane to Sydney). I called up the Airline company and they said they cant make any changes since I booked through an agency - budgetAir.co.uk and that they can make a change for free only after I have completed my onward journey to Brisbane. If I had booked through Qantas they would have changed the dates free of cost. When I called up budgetAir for this matter they said they will charge me £55 per ticket as admin fee to make this change in travel date. This is not acceptable, when the Airline company allows its customers to make changes to travel dates for free.
