I've been an Achica customer for over 3 years and I've never had a problem with my order until now. I contacted customer service and I received an automated email saying that I will be contacted in a couple of days. Four hours later I received a call from them wanting to know exactly what the problem was. Matthew, the customer service representative, sorted everything out immediately and sent a replacement order.
I have no hesitation in recommending Achica to friends and I will continue to purchase from them.
