Atrocious customer service.

I ordered 5 items which were dispatched on 25/11/13. Four arrived 2 days later in a box that was battered and opened, but the items were fine. Item number 5 had been separately dispatched and I am still waiting for it. There are no telephone numbers to contact customer services on. Instead, you have to email them using the limited options they give you. I was asked to return a form so that they could investigate the non delivery of my item and it would appear that they haven't received that as I have been asked to send it again with the order number in the subject so that they can locate it. The form I sent contained all the details they required. I wanted a replacement item but now all I want is a refund and will never buy from them again. I shall also be telling as many people as possible to ensure that the message gets around.
