POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

PDP have sent to me email regarding my delivery date due to 28.12.2012 ,,CAN YOU PLEASE ENSURE THAT SOMEONE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE PARCEL ON THAT DATE '' I have swap my day off to be at home to collect my parcel, Nothing Happened no info or email when I was try to track my parcel with my tracking number no respond no contact number to speak about my problem with human !!!!! I didn't receive my order like they promised to me:(:( it was very important to me to get this parcel today It was a gift for me sister which she cant get now :(((((

I see the parcel was delivered on New Year's Eve in the end (delivered to your neighbour at number 42) - was everything okay?
