Absolute Awful Service Regarding Refunds of Monies Owed

Four items ordered on 12th November (value £78) and two items then returned with proof of postage on 20th November (value £55). Still waiting for a refund despite various emails to customer care - who do NOT care! Legal advice being taken if not resolved within 48 hours of email today.
Shocking!
