Hugely disappointed, customer services not interested....

This Bouquet was meant to be a special one to celebrate a new job, I must have ordered on a day when they were very short of flowers. Flowers bore no resemblance to the advertised arrangement, apart from the fact that they were red, it consisted of two flowers, a gold bauble and branches of red berries. I do not expect to pay a huge amount for a special bouquet and get fobbed off with this poor specimen. I sent a photo to customer services and they replied it 'fell within their parameters ' ie. it was red I guess!!! Plenty of other places to choose from, don't waste your money shopping here.
I was embarrassed to have sent this arrangement.
