Great service and so well priced

The free delivery is a huge bonus over some other flower delivery sites and the flowers on offer ranged from the standard to the interesting and unique. Would definitely recommend!

Kwik Fit

Beyond the Call of Duty

I was visiting family in Wisbech and my exhaust decided to fall off at 4:55pm on Saturday. I quickly Googled on my phone and found Kwik Fit were open until 5pm. We called and they said they were just closing but to pop in Sunday morning. Having had the exhaust box removed by a kind family member, I took the car to them on Sunday morning. He had a quick look and said he could weld it back on temporarily so that I could drive the 100 miles home that evening as they did not stock the part. Most impressively of all, he did not charge me for this. I want to thank Mark, the Centre Manager, for ensuring that the rest of my weekend was not ruined.

Interlink Express

Complete embarrassment of a delivery service

We ordered a parcel on Next Day delivery, to be delivered by Interlink Express. We subsequently waited in to receive the parcel but it never showed up. This was irritating enough as my partner had to spend the entire day in the house waiting for a parcel which never showed. When we checked online later, it showed that the delivery was attempted but missed and that a calling card was left, which it was not. On calling Interlink, we were put through to the depot who rearranged delivery. Again it did not show. After five failed delivery attempts and the delivery driver repeatedly lying about leaving calling cards (before finally admitting he could not find it, despite being given a map by his manager), the parcel eventually showed up.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery. To miss a Next Day delivery service once is forgivable, but to fail to deliver it five times with the parcel eventually turning up more than two weeks after the expected delivery date is frankly a shambles.

I even sent in a complaint to Interlink Express themselves and have not received any reply in over two weeks.

Stunning bookcase

Looks brilliant and assembly was relatively easy (although instructions are not the best and the parts are not all labelled despite being subtly different. ANyway, as long as you have your thinking head on and pay attention it should be easy enough. No need to use the glue, I didn't and it hasn't fallen over or apart yet as it is all held with screws anyway. Highly recommended and the made.com delivery team were excellent in keeping me up to date with the unfortunate breakdown they suffered on the way - new van quickly dispatched and item arrived on time!

Ridiculously Quick

I ordered the item (a mounted tambourine) from GAK at 3pm one day and it arrived at 8:30am the next. That is insane service. Product is fantastic and just as described/advertised. All that on top of the fact that it was the cheapest price around for it (including postage) so literally cannot fault them. Would 100% recommend.

Fast and affordable

I rang up before purchasing the item (a slave pedal to convert my single pedal to a double bass pedal) and they were extremely helpful. Once I decided to purchase, the ordering was easy and the item arrived very quickly. The price was also extremely good for the item.
