I ordered an electric kettle on 29th May and this still has not arrived . Customer services identified that the delivery company apparently had not been informed of the complete delivery address but did nothing about this. I have been promised call backs and delivery today (spent all day in waiting, too!) to no avail. I requested a refund and a call back from a supervisor - nothing! The tracking record now says that the item has been returned to sender - Great News!!
I wished I had read this review page before making my order and will report this incident to the Office of FairTrading and seek advice from Which? where I am a member.
It seems any ethical code has disappeared from trading fairly in the 21st century. Does poor Emma have a chance to provide another (in) credible response?
