I ordered an item at 9pm and realised it was the incorrect one when confirmation email came through straight after. Emailed asking to cancel the order immediately and customer services informed me this was now impossible, and that the item was a perishable item. Sugru - perishable before they could have ever sent it to me? Whats its shelf life, half a second, a week perhaps, nope a minimum of 6 months according to the manufacturer so WTF Firebox!? Even if you have posted it to me, which you couldn't have possibly in 2 hours overnight, could have you not only posted it to me, but also its shelf life expired. And now I have something I don't even need or want in the post to me just because your being blunt, crap. Crap at internal communications to ensure a customer cancel before you dispatch an item, its not that hard is it, pick up the phone to the person in the warehouse and say hey, you know order number **** the customer has cancelled it, don't bother packing it up.

Very helpful but still waiting since September 2013 for my replacement speakers (over £600 cost to buy) as the first set sent were damaged. They are being helpful but far to slow and lack good discipline on timely response to customer queries. Already been informed this won't be resolved until mid January.
