O2 as a company, I've been with since I've gotten a phone (years!), good signal, good customer service.. I would have said until the dawn of the IPhone.. I've had countless problems with my iPhone and even though it was finally fixed, the time and effort and arguing it took, for them to realise it was actually a fault with the phone, and not fault because I dropped it or put pressure on it, as they kept stating is was what had blatently happened (I'm sorry when something is worth a good few hundred quid, I don't just fling it about, and the fact I'm paying £45 a month?! Yes, it does appear I have money to waste, but this is far from the case. I literally treat my phone better than I'd imagine I'd treatmy child.)
It did seem to be fixed for a short period, but the IPhone's bottom of the screen still seems to choose when it wants to work.. but after the hassle I've had before, I'm living with it.
Just so disappointed!
I will no doubt be giving notice in a few months, to terminate my contact, and not upgrade.
Being 6'1" I find the tall range fab! I've made at least 5 orders this year, always push the hundred pound mark..
However I do choose to shop online more, due to your staff in my local stores (Horsham). As for one reason, there is no tall section and secondly they are always super rude and off in their own little world, and don't seem to know the meaning of customer service, or even acknowledgement for that matter,. Crawley store however, much larger, much more staff, that if you find a rude one, theres plenty of others who are willing to help. Newlook could benefit from some staff that actually want to be at work, or are very good liars. Had a couple of orders where somethings not turned up, but the customer service guys on the phone are normally fab about it! Overall, great value clothes, student discount is a win, few downs, mainly ups! anddd at the end of the day.. I will never stop shopping with you guys! Though make more of your clothes into "tall" versions please!
