Money was really tight this Christmas and I was overjoyed to see a classic iPod on cash converters online for my son. The iPod came and I wrapped it for my boy. On Christmas Day we discovered that it wouldn't connect to the computer to put songs on it and the hold button didn't work. It powered up but that was about all it did. I was hugely disappointed and immediately emailed the shop and I got a reply a few days later saying for me to send it back for a refund or another Classic iPod (if they had one) I've heard nothing since I sent it. I should have emailed them a few weeks ago to see what was happening but with my father in law terminally ill from lung cancer I just didn't realise how much time had passed since I sent it back. I've emailed them again today so will wait and see what they say.
Website is simple and very user friendly, I ordered a watch on monday evening, tuesday I got an email saying it had been dispatched. The watch was delivered on the wednesday morning :) well packaged and it came in a lovely presentation box. Would recommend it to everyone.
