Extremely poor service. Had to request refund.

I ordered an expensive tool set from the website which was accepted and they took my money. (over £200) I was told delivery in 2 - 3 days. I then received an email saying 'issues with supply, you will take delivery next week.' The following week I got the same email. The week after that having still not received I had to chase them, only to be sent the same email again! They took my order, and my money, for an item they didn't have, then tried to blame the supplier. Item was never listed as out of stock on their website the whole time. I eventualy had to ask for a refund as the tools were (possibly!) going to arrive after I left for the trip I told them I needed them for. Would never even consider buying from them again.
