All items sold, including top end ones, are only expected to last a year whatever the price. We bought an expensive (£100) wooden kitchen just over a year ago. The shaped plastic bowl broke (toddler stood in it). We rang letterbox to buy a replacement and were told that spare parts were only available for a year after purchase. Despite the fact that we were willing to pay for the item they refused to consider our request. We were told that a manager would ring us back but no one did. We contacted them again to ask if they would tell us the name of the supplier so that we could try to get the bowl direct but still no joy. For £100 we expected the kitchen to last more than a year and can not understand why they refuse to sell us a replaement bowl or help us get one. Customer service is appalling.

I have asked time and time again for the catologues to stop. They continue to arrive. It have been over a year now. Everytime I ring I am on hold for ages (paying for the 0844 call) and told that I will be removed from the list. Nothing changes, still they come.
