Three are a shambolic organisation. I wanted to cancel my mobile broadband contract and despite emailing them and cancelling my DD, I got an email advising I was in arrears - no response to the cancellation email! The call centre staff member was polite but he tried to up sell on me when quite clearly all I wanted to do was cancel! He also just read T's and C's at me saying emails were no good and I had to phone them. I spent 30 minutes on the phone for what I considered to be a simple transaction.
I've had the dongle for nearly 3 years so was a loyal customer paying on time every month. I was also subjected to the 30 day cancellation period and cheekily £4.80 extra per month for not paying by DD!! I would hoenstly suggest that they are as close to being a criminal outfit as you can legally get!!
