Automatic posting of comments on Facebook sucks!

I posted a comment on a product I recently purchased (maternity trousers). Hadn't noticed that that 'post on Facebook' box was ticked and the news about my pregnancy (which wasn't common knowledge and I didn't want it to be!) went all over Facebook.

I understand not everyone wants to share their review on Facebook and can let you know that if users do sign up with Trustpilot using Facebook Connect, they also have the option in their Trustpilot settings to disconnect their Facebook account from their Trustpilot profile. Also, the users can always skip the "post on Facebook" step.

If you desire to disconnect your Facebook account from your Trustpilot profile, please follow these steps:

1. Log on to your account on
2. Click your profile picture in the top right corner of the site
3. Click Go to my profile
4. In the box with your profile information, click Edit my Settings
5. Click on My social settings
6. Click on Disconnect my Facebook account from Trustpilot
7. Click Save social settings

Please notice that once you have disconnected your Facebook account you will not be able to comment and/or to report reviews.

Mostly good service (with exceptions), good product (with some reservations)

- stocking - many items were out of stock. Some of these were indicated on the website but three of my chosen items were not and I only found out after placing the order. It was a bit annoying as I spent a lot of time trying to find the best thing for me and eliminating other options, only to fond out it wasn't available anyway. However, I was always quickly notified of the problem after placing the order and the refund was promptly sorted, which is good.
- delivery. First delivery was good and very quick. Second time round I placed the order on Thursday and paid for Fedex but will only be getting the parcel on Monday. That's disappointing - I needed the clothes asap and can't see the point of paying extra for Fedex if I have to wait longer anyway.
- sizes - I can't buy most of Seraphine shirts as you don't provide size 6 and size 8 is too big for me. That's a shame as they are really nice. It's a common problem for thin pregnant ladies - I'm sure you would have more customers if you extended your range.
- Overall, Seraphine clothes are elegant, high quality and reasonably priced. It would be nice to have a few more tight fitting dresses though.

Thank you very much for your feedback.
Fedex is indeed a 48h delivery service. If an order is placed after 2pm, it will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
As for the sizing, we have been working on it and are introducing the size UK6 for the Spring/Summer 14 collection.
