I ordered three items - admittedly they were in the sale, for a January birthday. I received one item very quickly, however there was no sign of the other two, and the order status was 'pending'.
An email to customer services resulted in me being informed that they were trying to fulfil my order, however having just looked I now see that it is cancelled. I have had no notification of this, and am rather frustrated, as I will now have to find another birthday present that matches the one item that was actually sent to me - before the 2nd January!
