Dishonest and absolutlely appalling

I'm in utter disbelief that this company is still in existence seeing as they are so utterly incompetent at delivering parcels.

Wasn't aware they'd attempted to deliver until the 3rd attempt when the driver bothered leaving a card. Checked online and apparently they'd left a card on the 1st attempt which was a complete lie.

Then rearrange parcel to come yesterday, stayed in all day, checked online later in the afternoon and it said they'd tried delivering. Complete lie.

Then rearrange AGAIN to come today, just checked online and it says they tried to deliver again – ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

I live in a tiny flat with a very loud buzzer, if they'd bothered to attempt to deliver to my address then I would have known about it. What the hell are their drivers doing? Clearly not their jobs. I'm absolutely furious at such incredible incompetence, this company should be shut down.

What's astonishing is it's come from America and the whole journey has been smooth sailing until it got within about 6 miles of my address and was handed to these useless people and now it'll probably get sent all the way back due to their own dishonesty and total incompetence.
