I ordered a iPad on the ninth of December. It was supposed to be a Christmas present to my girlfriend but it is now Christmas eve and it is still yet to arrive! More worrying is that the £400 plus I paid for it has been taken from my account but I have no idea where the iPad is. I have given it 2 stars only because I haven't spoken to anyone from EGlobal so I cant say they were rude. EGlobal do not have a contact number and only replied to my second email to say it will be delivered shortly. I have contacted the delivery company and they have not received it either so, as it stands, I am over £400 down, no one knows where my parcel is and my girlfriend will be without a present on Christmas day.
This is supposed to be a UK company but when I spoke to the delivery company they suggested the parcel is coming over from Hong Kong and therefor may be held up in customs! If I had known this I would have gone elsewhere.
Overall, very disappointed. The fact that I have no way of knowing when or even if it will ever turn up despite the fact my money was taken instantly has left me feeling very frustrated and annoyed.
