Have not received item!

Paid 28GBP to receive item faster using FedEx by the 19th. It's the 24th, FedEx thought the item was in Heathrow, then Heathrow but left behind, then Heathrow to be sent to Brussels (I live in Cyprus), then Brussels to be sent to Cyprus. On the 23rd I was informed it had arrived at Larnaca, Cyprus and to receive it on the 24th. On the 24th I was told that the system showed that it never actually left London and will not come until Friday the 27th "Maybe"

If my item ever comes, PLEASE ASK FOR A REFUND OF THE SHIPPING COSTS FROM FEDEX.
