I have ordered from moonpig 5-10 times before and always been happy happy with the service.
I ordered a card by special delivery, it was for my boyfriend to announce a holiday I had booked as a surprise for is both for christmas. As this was an expensive gift I didn't purchase him anything else and was going to present the card to him on Christmas Day showing where we were staying.
The card didn't arrive, I called royal may to track the reference but was told that the reference didn't exist. When I called moon pig I was told that there had been an error but that they could reissue my card and will arrive on the 28/12/13. The girl on the phone apologised but was no sincere, it was clear that she had dealt with this issue 100's of times already that day. I was not offered anything by way of goodwill or even an electronic version of the card. I feel let down that the time i spent making the card was wasted and that the £12 I spent on the card and postage will not be returned to me for 3-5days.
