The hardest part in choosing your new PC is deciding which company to buy from. The parts are similar but the build, service and attention to detail differs... as does the price.
I spent a lot of time considering cheaper alternatives before finally opting for PCSpecialist who offered a decent PC and a good reputation. I am pleased that I did.
Website offers a good choice of goodies to customise your PC, easy to follow and the price includes "free" delivery (which is a nice touch).
Ordered on the Friday and the new PC was delivered the following Thursday with express-build. I had made a couple of tweaks post-order and these were included without hassle.
Great website, very inter-active. I was able to track the build as it progressed through each stage and then most of the delivery (DHL used a local "white van man" for the final leg).
PC itself was well put together, cables tidied away and packaging was robust. Helpful welcome guide to the PC and all manuals, discs etc. Minor niggle, network card had become dislodged during transit and needed to be pushed back into place, annoying but an easy fix.
PC looks stunning and when running is surprisingly quiet, despite numerous fans it is near silent. The only noise of note comes from the hard-drive (Samsung) which grinds while in motion so a little concerned it might be faulty.
You get what you pay for and this is a quality company. Recommend.
