Bought a game from GOG to have problems with bugs. The support was slow and involved me spending hours trying various things to resolve. Support in the the final case was just links to forums I was expected to read through to then find it didn't even relate to my operating system. In no way did I feel they actually wanted to help with my ticket.
Really dissapointed with this company who have not even come good for their refund guarantee. Avoid like the plague.
I have used simply games a number of times for both postal and electronic delivery of games. I have always been happy with the service and price.
I have also returned a game once and am happy to say that this was dealt with efficiently and refunded in good time.
Have ordered hundreds of items over the years with no problems. More recently I have ordered a set of items that did not work. My customer service experience has been absolutely shocking to the point I no longer wish to risk using Play.com. However, I must admit when the product arrives and it works their prices are rarely beaten. It is a question of risk for the cheap price. Delivery times are also generally slow in my experience.
