never in stock - but allows you to place order including credit card details!

this is the second time that i have tried to order from cloggs - but each time the item is out of stock (navy crockband for children). whilst this in itself is of course fine, what has really irritated me, is that the website doesn't tell you this until quite late in the ordering process. the second time, it actually allowed me to input my credit card details and 'purchase' the item before i realised it was 'sold out'. time will tell whether they have taken payment from my card for an item that i will never receive. from recent reviews, sounds like this has not been an isolated incident. given the customer service reviews, i am hoping that i won't end up having to waste my time trying to reclaim any lost monies.

We work hard to ensure that out of stock items do not appear as available on our site, as I can assure you that this is extremely frustrating for us too. In the past few months we have improved this process drastically and rarely find that this is a problem.
